Terms & Conditions
Terms:
- Following credit approval, payment terms are 1% 10 days, Net 30 days.
- Discounts are not permitted on any accounts that show a “past due” balance.
Ordering:
- Orders can be received by phone, fax, or email.
- Prices quoted are for quantities specified. Ordering or reordering for smaller quantities may result in a higher unit price.
- A “Set-Up Charge” will be applied to all moulding orders under 300 feet.
- A “Knife Charge” will be applied to moulding orders under 1,000 feet if Locklando is required to create a new knife profile that is not in our existing library.
- Mouldings will be furnished in random lengths (typically 8 to 16 foot pieces) unless specified lengths are requested and quoted.
- Please ensure that an adequate waste factor has been included for lineal-foot orders (we recommend a 10 – 15% waste factor for minor crosscut defects and jobsite waste).
- Locklando never charges a delivery fee for regular scheduled deliveries.
Claims:
- Shortages and damaged goods received must be noted on the delivery ticket at the time of delivery. A signed delivery ticket without any notation of damage or shortage will be justification for Locklando to assume there was no shortage or damage to the product at the time of delivery, and that the delivered goods were received in good and salable condition.
Return Policy:
- All returns must be inspected and approved by a Locklando outside sales person. Items must be received by Locklando before a credit or replacement can be issued.
Cancellations:
- Order changes or cancellations will not be allowed after manufacturing has been started.
